How we got here
We started as Balanced Asset Solutions, working the accounting side of property management: reconciliations, ledgers, keeping the books clean. Doing that work up close, we kept seeing the same thing. The numbers were accurate, but the operation behind them was leaking. Slow leasing cycles, drawn-out turns, fees that never got charged. Clean books and optimized books aren't the same thing, and Propstrata Advisory is what we became when we started fixing the second part.
